Studio terms.
Studio work
LIA ARMONÍA provides Wedding Design Atelier services. Work may include concept films, world direction, AI visualization, spatial mood direction, atmosphere systems, reference language and creative strategy. Exact scope is confirmed privately by email or written proposal.
Commissions
Starting points or proposal ranges are informational only. Final scope, timeline, usage, deliverables and payment terms are confirmed in writing before a commission begins.
Availability
Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee availability, acceptance or a confirmed booking. A commission is confirmed only after written acceptance and any agreed payment or intake materials are received.
Creative direction
Creative direction is guidance and concept work. LIA ARMONÍA is not responsible for permits, venue rules, production safety, construction, purchasing, vendor contracts, installation or third-party execution unless separately agreed in writing.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee vendor availability, location approval, exact costs, material availability, performance results, audience reach or that a final environment will look exactly like any image, reference, sample, mockup or generated visual.
Intellectual property
All website images, text, visual direction, concepts, layouts, files and brand materials are owned by or licensed to LIA ARMONÍA unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, publish, reproduce or use LIA ARMONÍA materials as a competing template, product or service.
Client use
Clients may use commissioned materials for the privately agreed project purpose. Public posting, commercial use, resale, reproduction or portfolio use requires permission unless otherwise agreed.
Third parties
Any venue, florist, production studio, rental studio, platform, payment processor, photographer, filmmaker or creative partner is a separate third party. LIA ARMONÍA is not responsible for third-party pricing, availability, delays, cancellations, work quality, policies or disputes.
